From 1996 to the end of 2000, we have added 6 facilities with 5,570 storage units. Our growth rate for the last 4 years has been an annual average of 19.4%. Our growth requires that we continuously attract more individuals to Saf Keep. We promote from within and we have a very low employee turnover rate. At this time, we have 14 Saf Keepers who hold manager positions. Of these 14 managers, 4 have been promoted from within Saf Keep.
