Saf Keep is constantly growing. It took us 15 years to go from our first facility to 5 facilities with 5,265 storage units. From 1996 to the end of 2000, we have added 6 facilities with 5,570 storage units. Our growth rate for the last 4 years has been an annual average of 19.4%. Our growth requires that we continuously attract more individuals to Saf Keep. We promote from within and we have a very low employee turnover rate. At this time, we have 14 Saf Keepers who hold manager positions. Of these 14 managers, 4 have been promoted from within Saf Keep. Managers of our 6 facilities, which have been in existence for more than 5 years, have been Saf Keepers for an average of 8 years.

Base compensation based on earnings history

Incentive Compensation
Success in achieving your quarterly incentive compensation bonuses can result in additional compensation of $2,000.
As a team member, you have a chance at winning $1,000 or $500, net of taxes, for a 1st or 2nd place finish in our annual facility of the year contest.
Project managers are eligible for additional incentive compensation.

Facility Manager
We look from time to time for high energy, people-oriented individuals or teams to manage our facilities. Successful candidates possess strong supervisory, customer service, computer and telephone skills. Self-storage/retail experience a plus, although not required.
