More Staff
To meet our commitment to you, our customer, to give you exceptional service, we have much higher staffing levels than our competitors. Our smallest facility of 520 units has 3 full-time employees and our largest of 1744 units has 9 full-time employees. Can't come in during office hours to finalize the rental process? If so, simply fax the office your completed rental paperwork and make an appointment with our office staff for after-hours move-in. Our Service Attendant will sign you in after office hours, assign you a gate code and move you into the space.
Extended Hours
Our gates are open 12-14 hours each day, and when those gates are open, there will always be someone onsite to assist you and provide extra security on the premises. Extended access hours can also be arranged at most facilities. Call your local Saf Keep for details.
Exceptional Service Attendants
Our competitors have someone in the office, but Saf Keep also has a unique staff position of Service Attendant. The primary job of our Service Attendant is to serve our customers' needs and to keep the facility safe and clean from the moment our gates are open in the morning until we close the gates in the evening. Need help at your storage space during or after the office is closed? The Service Attendant is just a cell phone or intercom call away. Want someone to accompany you to your unit for extra safety? Need a dolly or a light bulb changed? Have questions you need addressed? Just ask one of our Service Attendants.

We Listen
Customers do not need permission from our on-site staff to communicate with an owner. Just pick up the phone and call our Owner's Hotline. We conduct regular customer surveys. Saf Keep knows what our customers expect and we strive to always deliver premier customer service. The on-site staff receive incentive bonuses for providing exceptional customer service.
