We do. To further protect your belongings, we require all self storage renters at our storage facility on North San Fernando Road to obtain renter’s insurance. Check with your insurance agent to learn if your current policy includes qualifying storage insurance.
Rent usually increases at the year mark of your rental agreement. Various factors will determine the increased rate, including market demand and your current agreement rate.
Note: Our free carry-in services have weight limits and time considerations. If you’re enrolled in our package acceptance program, there is a limit of five free packages per month; charges will be applied for additional packages. Our move-in truck is free for the first 20 miles and requires a $15 fee for commercial truck insurance. The office staff, I believe it was Beatrice & Judy at the desk were so patient & transparent in answering all my questions & concerns. Francisco was also helpful in figuring out how I could disassemble a piece of furniture that couldn't quite fit in the right way. This is a clean environment, very easy to go to my unit and it not very hot in temperature. Provided dolly for transporting boxes. The lock they sold is sturdy. No problem checking in and out. Beatriz and Diego are nice and helpful.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful not only when I called to inquire about prices, but when I was at the storage facility completing the paperwork. I didn't use any of the services provided since I had numerous family members help, however, the biggest deciding factor for us was the fact that we can access our storage unit until almost 8 pm, unlike every other facility, which only allows access until 4 or 6 pm. Great staff and very knowledgeable and helpful! Will definitely recommend and continue storing my items here until no longer needed.

I picked Saf Keep Storage after touring 3 storage places in the area. I have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Saf Keep Storage. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, responsive and helpful. The facility is clean and secured. I feel very safe every time I visit. My unit is reasonably priced and it includes an alarm, sprinkler and light. I also enjoy the use of the dolly for transporting things. Further, their hours (front desk and for storage access) are great.
Worst storage place they steal from you the place is dirty I seen a roaches crawling the staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional on tope of the they over charge people save your self the headache and find a better place to store your belongings
I was looking into getting a storage here but after reading this previous review I don't feel safe knowing that the security alarms got tampered with and my storage unit can be next!!! I'll be looking somewhere else! Thank you.

BEWARE!! Someone BROKE into my Storage and after 24 hours I had to find out myself. My unit is equipped with Alarm system after speaking with Beatriz she mentioned someone had tampered with the alarm system the day of the incident. I cannot believe they don't pay attention to such important part of their business to keep our Storage safe. They have stolen thousands of dollars worth of valuables from my storage. Management has done nothing to help with the situation I will be seeking legal help. 100% don't recommend this place please stay away from this place they don't have control over the security of your property.
