Most importantly this broke the deal where I had to do business with them is, they gave me "free" wardrobe boxes coming in I felt like the very least that I could do on the return was at least rent with them. You might get a slightly cheaper unit at BA or Storage etc, but you'll also probably get rats and robbed too. Saf Keep is everything a storage facility should be.

I've been a customer for three years, and continue because the Manager Leroy is terrific. He understands what people's concerns are, and the circumstances for needing storage. I give Leroy 5 stars. The company's decision to eliminate Specials and Discounts, and their price increases and administrative fees score negative points. One of the girls who works the front desk does not belong in Customer Service, though. She can be very rude when you're simply trying to get an explanation. If Leroy the Manager had not resolved the situation the next week, Saf Keep would have lost me as a customer. But overall, great facility, well-maintained, though not the cheapest.
