Arnel and Jessica provided me with a good service. They made things easy for me. Their service eased me up of the stress of moving into a new place. Their are very helpful. I do appreciate their excellent service; very comforting indeed. Ed, the maintenance guy is so helpful too. I’ve been renting storage from other companies before but this is the most satisfying service that I have experienced. Excellent staff indeed. I will definitely recommend this company to other people.

This is one of the better storage facilities I have used. From the very first day I moved in until now I have had nothing but positive things to say. The facility itself is CLEAN, well taken care of and there has always been carts to use (they are very good ones too, not cheap flimsy ones). On a busy day when there wasn't one available where I was an employee went and found me one when they saw I needed one. The employees have all been super friendly and helpful, offering me tips and advice and just always having a friendly disposition. The prices are all super competitive and yes they will go up but no where near other places. I've been here for a while and have had my rent go up less than at another facility that I've used way less. I'm happy with what I am paying now and appreciate that tremendously. This facility even offers package pick up! Super safe way to get your packages delivered so you don't need to worry about them getting stolen off your porch. Communication is on point and I appreciate receiving the FRIENDLY reminders to pay. It's always nice not receive what feels as demands for payment- late or not. I'll be moving stuff I have stored at another facility to this one, just because of the great experience I've had here. The other facility has been the complete opposite in every way and I'd rather spend my money on a place like this one. Overall, Bay Rock Storage is a great choice. From the amenities and services they provide, to the facility itself and their great employees, they are one of the best self storage facilities you will find.

From the initial inquiry on-line (to which they responded in less than an hour!) to my first visit where since I hadn't lined up my movers yet, they recommended that I complete the paperwork with them on the actual move day. Their assistant manager I met was informative and personable. Oh and the employee shared that they had been with the company for 15 years! Such longevity in this day and age is virtually unheard of. Clearly the company must be doing something right. The contract process was quick and easy. And I was able to move my goods in to storage right away. As a side note, their driveway comes up quick when you exit Montague. I missed it not once but twice! But that's on me as I always drive like I am late for lunch.

So far this place is great: super clean and well maintained, security gate and storage areas with code access, dollies and carts available at storage dock, one time free van rental, very helpful and friendly staff. Compared to other self storage solutions (across the road...) this is so far a much better value and quality. Definitely recommended

Best of the best as far as customer service. Pubic Storage across the street cancelled my reservation the day of my move in (check out my google review there) and Bay Rock saved the day. I called and talked to a very nice lady at the call center to set up my reservation for same day move in. 30 minutes before opening i was waiting in the parking lot and the manager called and wanted to review the reservation before they open. I told her i was waiting jn the parking lot and within 20 minutes I had a unit, keys and code...BEFORE THEY OPEN. Amazing customer service. The manager eas very nice and thorough, explaining everything on the contract/agreement. Couldnt be happier.

Clean facilities, easy access, friendly staff, and good prices on the 10' x 30' lockers.
