My entire experience was great! Dominique greeted me as I walked in to the office with a welcoming smile and asked what she could help me with. I was inquiring about storage unit rental availability, cost, etc. She promptly answered all of my questions in detail. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She escorted me to the exact location of the units available in the 2 sizes I was inquiring about. Went back to the office and filled out the rental agreement. She went through the agreement and she thoroughly explained everything, all done very quickly. Also, the office, the property and unit storage buildings and individual uits are very clean, well maintained and well lit. I am very happy with my choice in selecting them!
Dominique is perfect! The others are also quite friendly and helpful. This is my second time renting with P.S.S. and having the alert system brings extra comfort for knowing my storage is secure.

I want to mention that Anthony was extremely helpful, especially when I couldn't find my unit that I'd just rented the day before, and feeling stupid because I couldn't find it. Even though he was busy he took the time to show me where it was and made sure I knew how to get into it.. Everybody there seems very friendly and easygoing and I appreciate that because of friends I have who have horror stories of other storage facilities in the area always monitoring them and questioning what they're doing. So thank you for the great service and for the awesome move in price. I'm adding on to this a year later. Even though I was given a 30 day notice and had to move out, and I do apologize for that by the way, I've spoken to Alan a couple of times and not only has he been extremely professional, he's been extremely helpful and easygoing and I'm so happy that he just told me that I had until the end of the day today to get my stuff out because I thought I would be locked out this morning. I've had to deal with a wrecked vehicle that I can't afford to get fixed and my insurance situation is not what I thought it was, to people not showing up when they were going to help me move out costing me money and I just kind of gave up the other day when I had a U-Haul so I had to rent another one and I'm pretty much at the bottom of the barrel as far as money goes and have no money coming in since I was in an accident almost 2 weeks ago. So I just wanted to let you guys know that I appreciate how friendly you guys are and also Domonique (so?) Has also been super sweet and I appreciate you guys. Customer service is not how it used to be when I was a lot younger and worked in that field, so when I receive friendliness and respect in spite of situations that people might have treated me differently over, you guys haven't and have gone over the top to be kind and assist me and I appreciate you guys for that, I really do. A kind word and some patience goes a long way and it's sad that this is something out of the ordinary whereas it used to be commonplace with rude people not so common and that has since changed in 30 years or so. But anyway, thank you guys for everything and once again I apologize for the stupid coolant that I forgot I even had in my storage that leaked. I'll see what I can do if there's a stain on the floor from it and if I can remove that, I will, before I go today.

Being disabled, i needed a space closer to the gate then where i was .upstairs far away. I was on a list for months. They constantly kept me in mind when units came available. Then when it finally happened they made the transition easy and painless. Even giving more time then necessary to get out of the old unit. They made what could have been a very stressful situation, turn into a smooth operation. Abd i didnt even break my bank to do it. Thank you to the whole staff at ventura victoria power self storage. The staff are great, but I wish I looked at the hours before getting a storage unit here, gate access being shutoff at 7PM is ridiculous. 9PM seems like a more reasonable time considering the fact most people get off work 5-530. 4-stars since this storage unit is easily the best one I have ever used by all respects other than the annoying gate hours. Edit: The gate hours are fine, after thinking about it more there is only a small period where it is still light out at 7, makes sense to close the gate when it gets dark.

I am happy with the security so far. There was a little trouble with my door initially (only a few days in to my rental start), it was rolling down unevenly and getting caught on a metal piece at the top. An employee came out to look at it and at that time it was working OK, I was told that if there were more problems just to let them know. The unit does accumulate a lot of outside dirt, I believe this is from the top of the door. I keep a broom and dust cloth in the unit and clean up every time I leave but it is heavily covered in dirt every time I arrive.

The rest of the staff are very friendly and professional as well. The location of the facility is great which was a major draw for me! They also have a truck you can use free of charge in the first 30 days. The only downside is the prices are a little high. Other than that very pleased!

The staff there are decietful and sneaky, went into my unit without my permission fatter my lock came up missing. The manager Dominique is an absalute liar and con artist. I told them I was quitting there rental 3 months ago and they never responded I get a letter 3 months later saying I owe them $1053.00 and threaten to destroy my credit if I don’t pay immediately they never contacted or called me in that time the manager claimed I blocked her yet she sure called me rite back when I left a pissed office message. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! It’s a hustle they don’t want you to be aware of what’s going on so they can tax you for every penny for a dirty metal box or sale your stuff and make double the $. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I paid the $ so my credit didn’t get screwed up but this is far from over, I will see them in court. The owner should be ashamed of how her business is ran it’s a SCAM!!!
