The guy there is RUDE! Talked to him yesterday and told him I would stop by sometime the next day. He said to call before I come and he'll open the gate. Next day I was at Big Save Koloa and decide to stop by there since it was right next door. I got to the gate and called the guy on the phone. He answer and I informed him I called yesterday about the storage unit and was at the gate to talk to him about the unit. WITH his mouth full of FOOD and smacking his mouth and rudely telling me "I TOLD YOU TO CALL BEFORE YOU COME! IM EATING LUNCH RIGHT NOW AND NOW I GUTTA LET YOU IN!" (still chewing and smacking his food). I told him "You know what, nevermind. I'll go somewhere else!". I thought I was on Candid Camera or something since this guy was so rude AND smacking his lunch while talking. What poor horrible customer service. The sign on the gate showing the hours they are open….BUT no sign that says "Closed when I'm eating" or "closed for lunch at this specific time." Guy needs to go to some serious Customer Service training! I mentioned this experience to some friends and they ALSO had negative things to say about that guy who works at Koloa Storage. I went to Lawai Storage instead. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! A+++ Customer Service. Professional and friendly! Definitely recommend Lawai Storage instead!!! Mahalo!
