I have been storing my belongings at the Hayward Safe Keep storage off and on since 2020. The staff is so nice. The storage units are always very clean. Also your belongings are safe and secure.

Monique insisted that she throw the garbage for me. The manager Eugeno (not sure of spelling) and no matter how hard it is for me to remember her name, when u see her in person, she just makes my life easier. The smile alone along with Monique’s gives me the assurance that I did not make a mistake in staying put at Saf keep storage. There’s Marshall too, the man driving around in a golf cart. The whole ensemble is just is.

I booked online they charged my account then someone called me and said I couldn’t use my debit card. I have to have a major credit card. So it’s my lost with losing $68
