Saf Keep Storage opened its first self storage facility in San Leandro, CA in 1980.  Saf Keep is a family owned business. Since 1980, our brand has grown to 11 locations throughout northern and southern California. We are happy to be your local self storage facility and proudly differ from the large nationwide chain storage companies. We want our customers to feel welcomed as if they were guests in our own home. We are constantly striving to find new ways to provide you services during every step of your moving and storage experience, from the time you shop around looking for storage, while you move in, and throughout your tenancy with us. In fact, 96% of our customers would refer us to a friend.

Saf Keep Storage is managed by SKS Management LLC, a full-service management company which handles all aspects of self storage operations throughout California and one in Hawaii. SKS Management also manages affiliate third-party owned properties under the names of:
