1. Reasonable prices. In today's economy, capitalism thrives. Competition drives competitive pricing. And these guys got it. 2. Great staff. In today's society, where we deal with self entitled narcissists on a regular basis, it's nice to be able to deal with someone professional and courteous. 3. Secure. They have cameras in various locations. And during office hours their staff do laps around the property. It's nice to know that they keep an eye on things. 4. There's a single uni-bathroom. It's kept very clean. I still haven't bothered to ask if it's ok to use or not but they keep it unlocked, so on those days where I'm in a literal pinch, it's a mercy. It's kept clean. If it is available for customers, thank you, you've saved my pants and pride at least twice. If it's like… employee bathroom… well, then, just forget I said anything. I have to stop by again after laundry is done, I'll send picture of this fine establishment then and update this review.
Renting online was easy and quick. As soon as I submitted my form I received a prompt phone call from the storage facility to verify everything. Santos was very friendly and gave us a wonderful tour. I"m very pleased with the customer service here so far.

The stuff was friendly and helpful. The only part which spoiled all experience is misrepresentation of the size of the storage space. The storage is advertised as 10'x5', but in reality it is 9'x5', which is 10% smaller.
I went here yesterday 4/27/23 to get a storage unit and was assisted with all of my questions and storage needs by Lex, she answered all of my questions thoroughly and she provided excellent customer service 10/10 I highly recommend.

I have used this storage facility for 4 years now since my daughter is a student nearby. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the clean facilities and the excellent customer service. There was even a recent challenge I had related to billing (that ended up being a mistake on my part) and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. I've already recommended this place to dozens of my daughter's friends, and am hoping this review drives even more business their direction.

One thing that is not noted is the height of the space, these are tall so you really can fit a lot of stuff. I have a couple of 9ft surfboards that I can store vertical. Overall this is a great storage facility.

They contact you quickly if a problem arises and go the extra mile if necessary – once they placed a temporary lock on my unit after I forgot to lock it, then notified me immediately, all at no additional fee. No security issues, very clean and quiet, good staff and month-to-month contracts.

This is a sad story. I rented from this place from August 2020 to today when my things were sold at auction. I spent 700 a month over the last 3 years. So about 25K. It makes me sick writing this. I admit that during these 3 years, I never paid on time. But I happily paid late/ lock change/ insurance cancellation fees and a bunch of other ones. Like many times before I always narrowly skirted their deadlines before auctions. I do not deny that I paid them at the last minute or otherwise late. Today I called at the last minute to pay my bill, $2500 (again), $2100 plus $400 for the above-mentioned fees and taxes. I paid half then had to call my bank to raise my limit so I could pay the other half. When I called back, I learned my unit was already sold even though they accepted half my payment. So I lost a $25K investment in keeping my things because of a couple of hours. Yes, there are deadlines for a reason, but there is also customer loyalty and trust. I have been talking to the same people for years to pay my bill (Javier and Andrea) and less than 45 minutes after my initial payment, I called back, Spoke with Javier, and learned that they already they actioned off and sold my unit. They initially accepted my partial payment, but now say they are refunding me as it was already sold. This is how a 3+ year, 25K+ relationship with this company ends. I am so sad to lose things that are so important to me. I know I have no excuses, but I live overseas in rather chaotic circumstances. So it's hard to be consistent with payments and when money is coming in. I am heartbroken. I would never recommend this place for the above reasons, but also consider: • They will considerably jack up the prices from the time you move in. In 6 months or less, you will be paying double, if not more. • Corporate monsters that would cut off their leg to weigh less. They turned down another year at one of the highest rates possible. For how much? I was ready to pay you $2500 for my storage unit. I doubt you got even ½. You make bad business decisions. • There is no human heart behind the company. AI chatbots would have more sympathy. Their only defense is following the rules. They would have made 3 to maybe 10x as much if they had just given me an hour to raise my limit with my bank. Was it worth it? Did you win anything? I doubt you sold my unit for more than $2500. It is a lose/lose situation and you need to look beyond the numbers. Shame on you! UPDATE: MARCI, ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS WAIT 45 MINUTÈS WHILE Ì CALLED MY BANK TO RAISE MY CREDIT LIMÌT. YOU COULD HAVE EASILŸ DONE SOMETHÌNG.

The worse customer experience from the facility’s MANAGER. It’s pathetic you have to behave like a child and hang up on ppl when you’re getting constructive criticism or feedback. He was rude and unprofessional from the first call. Also Did not honor their promotion that’s listed on Yelp. I’m happy to say I did not go with them especially that comments below say it’s infested with rats! Yuck!
