I'm delighted to share my positive experience with Saf Keep Storage! Storing my belongings there has been incredibly convenient and affordable. With the ongoing discounts, coupled with the modern facility and complimentary Move-in Van service, it's a fantastic deal. Plus, the $15 insurance fee for the van is a small price for peace of mind. Highly recommended!

very secure and clean. The Assistant Manager is not very friendly, but the other staff is good. The hours are not great : closes very early. I closed my storage door a bit to feed my infant while there and Asst.MGR ripped open my door and semi-yelled at me, then was watching my every move the rest of my time there, so that was upsetting, but I get it I guess... people trying to live in units and such, however, I feel that I should be allowed a bit of peace and privacy in my unit while I'm there considering it is during open hours, and to feed my baby or change my spat up on shirt Without the door being opened leaving me not only exposed, but also in view of male attendant. Not something I try to do while here, but things happen when you have a baby... Also, no trash cans or anything else to use, so I have to put any and all trash in my vehicle...very unhelpful.

I’m very happy with my storage unit and with the great service the staff offered me, they are all very professional. I wasn’t sure which size unit I needed but the manager was very helpful, patient and kind to show me different sizes and I decided on the right one. I love the fact that I could use the van to move my staff and they also got people to help you carry your things to your unit for 30 minutes, I didn’t need the extra help I just used the big dollies which can carry lots of things.

Front desk excellent service signing up for my unit and giving me information and instructions to get into the building and my unit. My unit was very easy to get to and plenty of dollies for transportation. The place is secure, clean and well maintained.

Great people work here, super nice and helpful, and Safe Keep Storage is a great place to store stuff, and they have an amazing 3 month special on some storage units, and very nice free coffee, different kinds, in office for all the renter's!

Decent place, they keep it clean, climate controlled and gated. Office people have been kind. The rent is too high, but it's an expensive place just to live in Silicon Valley.

We were very happy with the customer service and kindness on everyone's part. The environment was warm and welcoming and the little wheel of fortune thing before we left was a great touch. It did take longer than we expected to get all of the paperwork signed, and some of the van rental forms were a bit confusing. It would be nice if that process could be streamlined somehow (maybe collate some of the forms so the info doesn't have to be repeated), but otherwise we are very happy with everything.

The staff here are warm and welcoming to customers. The company offers lots of perks to renters, including package acceptance, an Amazon locker, free van to move in, a pallet jack, etc. Rates are good and the facility is new and immaculately maintained. They have a live in caretaker instead of just remote camera security (though they have all the electronic security too). Also, this is the first storage I've seen with ADA accessible storage units. They have long straps on the lock and roll-up door handle, which I'm guessing someone could grab with a pick-up tool or prosthetic hand. Some are next to the entrance outside and others are inside near the elevator. The facility has automatic doors like a supermarket, too.

Great, clean, safe place to storage any and all items. Employees are fair and helpful and considerate. Especially their employee Pedro who has gone above and beyond in every which way for me on many occasions. He definitely deserves much praise for his excellent customer service. Although prices are a bit higher then most this place most definitely lives up to the saying, “you get what you pay for” and paying as much as I do for a 10’ x 20’ unit it sure is well worth it in comparison to their competitors. So I give Saf Keep on Junction Court in San Jose a total of five stars and would definitely recommend this place hands down. Thanks Pedro for all your help and support, keep up the hard work and whatever it is you’re doing my friend keep doing it, you’re definitely doing something right. ?
