OTH, they are not outrageously expensive. What they are is clean, safe, accommodating, flexible and helpful. Customer service is top notch! Big plus for me (at least pre-Covid) is they would have occasional “garage sales”.

Hello, If you are looking for a great storage, where you feel confident is secure and it is easy to access, well that is Saf Keep. I had a storage unit long ago with a different company but although the company have units near me, I choose to rent with Saf Keep. I read a lot of reviews and I contact them asking if I could get a tour. I was contacted really fast and that same day I got a tour. The location has plenty of parking spots. Yes, It is in front of storage units but is not likely for the owner to go there while you are park in front. I had gone multiple times and never had a problem. The location is very clean and the staff provides exceptional customer service. I was communicating with Alma the manager and she help me with everything and make sure that I received 5 starts service. If I could I would give them more that 5 starts because I really love it. Love that each unit had a alarm so you have to make sure to enter your number before going in or before leaving. I love that when you enter your number it said “Ok, Thank You” . So if anyone ask me! this is the place where you can feel secure your items are safe.

I've been very happy with my experience at Saf Keep. They have been very reliable and helpful in getting me the right storage unit for my belongings, allowing me to use their truck and making sure moving crews are well situated to take in or remove items. It's clean, well-lit and secure and I don't worry about my items there. Plus, they have great specials too. I recommend this to anyone looking for storage in the Fremont area.
I have used this place twice. The first time was great. The second time, I am 100% unable to reach the branch by phone, and the corporate customer service agents on the phone are given no power to help the customer. Very frustrating.
Nice people. Good communication about their hours and holidays, help is available, free with move in and $$ after. So far it's been clean and safe….. We have used them on and off for 30 years.

Doors are only locked via padlock. Sprinkler systems seem active and every unit has a light bulb inside (I think). Overall very humble storage location, not a top tier facility.

Reason for low review – they have been consistently raising prices – started at $407 5 years ago, steady for a while, then 10%+ increases for several years and now just raised to $629. I've asked them to keep rates steady but their explanation was that I was paying below market. Fair enough. But most recent increase puts my rate above what they list similar units at (regular prices, not promotions) – which just feels wrong. I contacted them and let's see what they will do about it – but trying to charge your long-term tenants more than your regular rates is just wrong.

I am not sure how Saf Keep has a 4.7 rating–this probably says more about the storage industry writ large than about their business practices. In the 3-4 times I spoke to the front desk, employees were nothing but condescending. For a place advertising premium services (at premium prices), we expect better. Additionally, you should be aware that they prohibit delivery of any sort of PODS-type moving container–even if it will only be stationed in their lot for a short/fixed period of time with the moving truck still present and holding the box. I ultimately had the PODS truck wait for me across the street while I transferred my stuff to a U-Haul to drive 1 block and transfer it again. Finally, don't forget the 10-day notice for vacating your storage–no prorating is available if you were to give notice a few days prior to your next billing cycle, as I did.

She has been harassing my mother and my Fiance. Stay out of this place!!!!!! All the good reviews are fake!!!! They are all from their Hispanic friends. Look at the names!!!!!!!!!!!
