The onboarding at Saf Keep Storage was fun and hassel free. The team managed my expectations, and when I had to make changes, it was done respectfully and easily. I am much happier with a company that values their customers, offers additional values (moving truck, staff assistance, package delivery, online storage item sales website) and surprise perks and promotional products. Overall, they stand out from the competition in that they have good customer communication and help make things easier for their renters. If you want a place with better customer service and good rates, I recommend the location near Del Rey Oaks, California.
People were super friendly, and they had just the right size unit I needed.
I am very pleased with the overall experience. Great and helpful staff. Having the elevators and hand trucks to move stuff is a plus. Security is a must, and I am impressed with it.

Sign on street said 3 months discount, I was only offered 2 months discount.
