Our move-in truck is free for the first 20 miles and requires a $15 fee for commercial truck insurance. Yes! We offer free move-in help with our truck rentals when you rent one of our Fremont storage units. Our move-in trucks make transporting large and bulky items into your storage space even easier. We do require a valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance to complete your move-in truck rental.

The rental units are super clean and updated. They have signed up with pest control that takes care of facility every 3/6 months. Gated and super safe and secure with plenty of cameras. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Anyone in 94539 should definitely check out this facility.
I had to down size my unit and Kayana was the best. She was able to down size my unit and made the switch smoothly and painless. She is a sweetheart to work with. Makes dealing with the days stresses much more bearable. Thanks Kayana, you’re the best girl.

This is one of the cleanest storage facilities in the Fremont region. I had an urgent need for storage as I had a last minute pods cancellation and was trying to execute a move out of my apartment while being stuck outside of the US due to the pandemic and managing the move out via movers and friends over phone. Robyn the manager of the facility managed to get the paperwork out to me with in 3-4 hours and process the contract and provide keys to my friends for us to complete this last minute move. I would definitely recommend Saf Keep Storage and especially the Fremont Facility

When you want to sign the agreement of securing the storage you have to be physically present at the tablet, which was slightly inconvenient as I had asked to be emailed the agreement upfront before signing it in person. Docked one star because there was considerable confusion among the employees on how the prorated rate works for 10 days and what constitutes the 10th day when I was moving out from the storage after my last billing date. This was my first time renting a storage unit and overall had a good experience with the office and staff.

Have to purchase a special lock to work with their door system, but doors are electronically monitored. I never worried about unwanted pests going through my stuff. I would definitely use this place again.
