I don't know how Saf Keep Storage compares to other storage companies because they are so friendly, efficient and professional that I wouldn't think of going anywhere else with my stored goods. The spaces and the hallways are impeccably clean. The place is safe and easily accessible with practical hours. There is a security gate with one's own code. The staff, which has remained the same for the past few years I have been there, always has a kind word or good advice on one thing or another. It's really nice to walk into the office and see a familiar face. They are always ready to work with one, whatever the question. There is a well maintained bathroom. The parking has plenty of room. There are flat bed dollies ready for use. Simply put: it's a great place to safely store one's belongings and the price is usually right.

I've been a customer for three years, and continue because the Manager Leroy is terrific. He understands what people's concerns are, and the circumstances for needing storage. I give Leroy 5 stars. The company's decision to eliminate Specials and Discounts, and their price increases and administrative fees score negative points. One of the girls who works the front desk does not belong in Customer Service, though. She can be very rude when you're simply trying to get an explanation. If Leroy the Manager had not resolved the situation the next week, Saf Keep would have lost me as a customer. But overall, great facility, well-maintained, though not the cheapest.

Called over 10 times in one week trying to get in contact with the office, absolutely terrible customer service & experience, when I moved my stuff in a few months ago I was told I could rent out their van to move things into the storage unit, I never got to use it and when I requested it they said no because it’s only for the first 7 days, this information was never told to me. The lady at the office that finally got back to me on a Friday when I’ve been calling 4x a day since Monday was super rude on the phone. If you’re thinking about renting a storage unit here just know the Uhaul storage down the street is cheaper and has better customer service & support. Do not waste your money renting here, these people do not care about their customers. Worst mistake was renting here.

We just went through all of our stuff this weekend because we moved during the pandemic, and so much of it is damaged and stained. We knew something was wrong but had little time to take photos of larger items like a new Floyd wooden bed frame. Many clothes are stained. They should have let us know, we could have taken photos first for insurance instead of throwing a lot of the bad stuff away/donating it. At least get part of of our loss back.?
