Updating my review to 4 stars since Irma called me this morning and we had a very constructive conversation. She was very professional and committed to rectifying the situation. I feel much better about the amount of money I will be spending monthly to store, given the end result. —————————————————————————————————- I was very disappointed with my move in experience and it did not reflect the core values or mission statement listed on the company’s website. I felt very uncomfortable by the staff there (Jeff and Nikki) and it frankly made me want to move my stuff to a whole new storage facility and request my funds be returned to me. From my initial phone conversation to the return of the truck service was not the priority here and that was made very apparent. I did send an email to the manager Irma and I am awaiting a phone call/acknowledgment of that here soon. If I do not hear back I’d like to speak with someone in corporate.
